Objectives
- Establish a basic understanding of marketing.
- Design eye catching advertising (ex. Posters, flyers, documents, banners etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs.
- Organize promotions and campaigns that will attract more customers to the bank.
- Analyze promotions and campaigns for their effectiveness and be able to suggest changes for the following year.
- Prepare informational presentations including PowerPoints and commercials.
- Create press releases.
- Work as a team as well as independently and learn how to budget time, materials, and money.
- Create sales incentive programs for employees of the bank as well as customers.
- Maintain weekly deposit information.
- Analyze data and projections.
- Prepare spreadsheets and graphs to display weekly goals and projections.
- Compose documents for customers, media, and employees.
- Explain new accounts and all policy and procedures of the bank to potential customers.
- Take inventory and keep track of statistics for the inventory.
- Establish reorder points for new marketing materials.
- Create displays and decorations for seasons and holidays.
- Properly market to students and staff during all three lunches.
- Maintain all paperwork when dealing with fundraisers and report all earnings and paperwork to bank advisor and school treasurer.
- Keep the web page up-to-date and fresh on Masoncomets.org.
- Keep Scrapbook up-to-date.
