The Gymanastic team continued their winning ways on Saturday Jan. 23rd at the Centerville Invitational. Mason placed 1st out of ten other teams edging the host Elks by a score of 137.225-1333.325. Mason’s individual gymnasts continue to steadily improve as the team has to date gone undefeated (4-0) this season. The Comets achieved over 15 personal best scores, including 4 personal bests alone from junior Olivia Bergesen. Top routines came from many athletes including Kara Esler, Sarah Taylor, Olivia Bergesen, Jenna Bovenzi, Lauren Robertson, Rachel Hawthorne, & Anna Taylor. Mason’s next meet: 1/30/10 Lakota East Invitational.
