On March 19, 42 Mason City Schools students will present their projects during the 12th Annual UC Science and Engineering Expo. Students from school districts across southwest Ohio will present at this event for scholarships and other awards. Mason Middle School and Mason High School students who earned a superior rating at the January 28 Mason Science Fair were eligible to attend the UC fair.
A “superior” is the best rating a student can get on a project. Competing in the Science Fair requires plenty of time and commitment from students, and many have been working on their projects since the beginning of September.
